Process Engineering and Continuous Improvement: Proficient in using advanced lean and value stream mapping tools, as well as Kaizen and 5S techniques. Perform statistical analysis and handle data using Minitab. Use the DMAIC methodology for developing sustainable solutions to complex processing issues. Review of process audit reports, process safety management, and Management of Change (MOC). Perform Process Audits, Process Safety Management and Internal Auditing.

 

Business, Marketing and Financial Management: Develop marketing intelligence and build commercialization and IP (Intellectual Property) strategies for technology transfer. Assess the financial health of the company, portfolio analysis and equity research, capital budgeting and developing sources of funds. Prepare a market strategy, evaluate bids, select suppliers based on historical performance, and lead the Request for Proposal (RFP) process and proposal evaluation. Develop strategies to protect intellectual properties and promote programs for IP and patent protection.

 

Project & Operations Management: Management of projects, Gantt charts, Budget preparation, identification of critical path and development of contingencies. Improve coordination between production and maintenance through Kaizen blitz. Setup and Analysis of Operations Information Systems (OIS).
