Our platform helps newer and less intuitive managers do the right things with the people they look after. It uses an interactive questionnaire to understand what is working and where the difficulties and frustrations are, from the staff point of view. It then delivers action plans and contextual learning materials that help HR, L&D, line managers or other agents to resolve the difficulties people are experiencing. WeThrive has been established seven years and has a good roster of clients in varied fields. It gives people an additional voice, a channel through which they can relay the opportunities for improvement in the way they work, even when they are not normally conscious of the difficulties. Clients have found that following the recommendations tends to lead to improved productivity, sick rates and retention, because the conversations it stimulates help people feel understood and connected to the organisation.
