Although I come from 3 generations of Bricks & Mortar Retailers, I consider myself a digital pioneer – having co-founded my first tech start-up in 1994, which Australian publisher Fairfax later purchased. With retail in the blood and data the new oil, I founded my 4th startup and 2nd Digital business in late 2011 to help physical stores become better retailers by connecting with their customers through smartphones.
