I lead a research and innovation team with vast international experience in the biosystems engineering domain. Areas of particular interest include: food chain traceability (e.g. our Cyberbar tamper-proof 'phygital’ food traceability solution), agri-food circular economy (e.g. I led the Horizon 2020 AgroCycle project addressing the application of the 'circular economy' across the agri-food sector; see: www.agrocycle.eu).
