I was responsible for the planning and development of new experiences, including attractions, entertainment, food & beverage, retail, etc. I invested significant capital to grow revenue and improve profitability. I am also an efficiency expert and supported the optimization of all operations at Disney Parks & Resorts. I am a leading expert on the development of new guest services and experiences. I developed and launched many innovative technologies, including FastPass and MagicBands. I have experience working in major markets across the US, Europe and Asia.
