Since when I was a child, I love to make hand-made pasta; I love food. I also love to make new impactful things. I then matched my two passions co-founding Wenda (www.wenda-it.com) Since five years, I had the pleasure to work surrounded by brilliant minds, both serial entrepreneurs and seasoned managers; from whom have raised millions in funds to whom have advised the White House, the World Bank and Fortune 500 CEOs. My personal and professional journey touched Europe and Asia. I had the pleasure to challenge myself with few executives in a room and with hundreds of people hearing me from a stage. For many times. It has been five powerful years that literally blowed and stretched my mind. And it is only the beginning. I think Food is a way for people to create links and communities. Food is precious, human health is precious: Food mustn’t be wasted and mustn’t be unsafe. I am fighting everyday for avoiding Food Waste and Food Safety issues through traceability and technology.
