Expertise

I am a determined, organized and methodical chemistry researcher. I dedicated most of my research to characterize new polyphenols and mostly flavylium derivatives found in red fruits and their derivatives such as wines. This gave me expertise on spectrometric (UV-Vis, fluorescence, ATR-FTIR, CD, MALDI-TOF and NMR), and chromatographic (HPLC-DAD/MS) techniques which is an asset for the research line that I lead.
