Stephen Ellis has over 35 years experience gained within the food and drinks industry and the training industry. He worked for Parity Solutions Ltd for 10 years during which time he gained extensive experience in many Northern Ireland organisations. He now runs two successful businesses. He has extensive experience in: • Project Management Training • Manufacturing and retail sector • Business Mentoring • Providing career and personal development advice • Strategic business planning • Recruitment and Selection • Personal Skills Development • Designing and delivering sales, marketing and export training programmes • Access to finance for business growth As well as considerable experience in delivery and assessment of training programmes, Stephen has delivered major programmes to clients as diverse as Dept. Agriculture Rural Development and Disability Action. He also delivered programmes for Dept. For Employment & Learning such as Web Wise Women and Invest NI’s Export programme, E2. He currently delivers CIMA and ACCA for a local College. He set up Moy Park’s graduate programme in 2011. Prior to joining Parity, Stephen was employed by several large food manufacturing companies where he headed up the Business Development functions on many global brands, such as Marmite, Hellmann’s mayonnaise, Pot Noodles.
