I provide expert advice to global consulting companies such as Accenture and am a Principal Consultant with the internationally respected alternative protein consultancy, Bright Green Partners. As an acknowledged expert on the Future of Food I speak globally at international conferences and online on the technologies and trends that are shaping the rapidly changing food sector.

I have over 30 years experience in the Food Industry with a degree in Food Science and a postgraduate degree in Microbiology. My industry experience includes over 14 years in senior management, including General Manager of two food companies supplying QSR companies in Australia, including McDonalds, Pizza Hut and Burger King.
