Humbulani Nekhudzhiga is a knowledgeable Food science researcher from the University of Pretoria. He has advanced knowledge in polymer science, rheology and tribology. Humbulani is currently using the obtained knowledge to further his educational advancement. His drive for new technologies and innovation drove to co-found a startup called FruityXFusion which aims to develop biodegradable packaging and utensils from commercially rejected fresh produce.
