A trained food engineer with track record in food manufacturing. 13.5 year in industry experience as well as in academia. Having previously worked for international food corporations in Germany and the UK in roles ranging from manufacturing management, process design and development and R&D. Award winning Engineer (Distinguished Scientist Award in Chemicla Engineering 2019, IAgrE President's Award 2022) with CSci (MInstP) and CEng (MIAgrE) status. Founder of the Food Engineering SIG of the IAgrE and listed co-inventor for multiple patents (fluid flow, packaging).
