My research interests include processing science, microstructure design and development, mechanical behavior and testing, thin films and coatings, and electronic packaging materials and processes. My research has been funded from federal and state government agencies as well as industrial sectors and consortiums. I have published over 108 papers including journal articles, book chapters and conference papers, as well as 6 US patents.
